The Historic Barns of Nipmoose, is a gorgeous wedding venue tucked in the hudson valley that honors the region’s rich agricultural heritage. Mary and Andrew’s wedding could not have been on a more perfect day. Getting ready started off with photos of Mary relaxing with her girls, quickly followed by donning her wedding dress and taking photos on the grounds with her beautiful bridesmaids and her sweet little fur babies 🙂 Mary and Andrew opted to keep things traditional with out having a first look and Andrew’s reaction to his bride walking down the aisle was emotional and full of love. They celebrated their wedding vows under the beautiful, and artfully positioned birch trees, and following their ceremony proceeded with photos of their family, wedding party and finally – a quiet moment for just the two of them. Family and friends enjoyed the the cocktail hour in the lawn outside the main barn – proceeding to the reception in the beautifully decorated barn. In classic rustic style, guests were greeted with beautiful floral arrangements in mason jars, burlap table runners, rustic dining furniture and twinkle lights to set the mood. As the sun set, Mary, Andrew and I ventured back outside for another quiet moment to capture images during golden hour, savoring the last bits of sun. When twilight came, guests made their way to the smaller barn for drinks and dancing, and Andrew and Mary shared their first dance as husband and wife. The evening wrapped up with smores by the campfire and desserts under the stars. It was an amazing day, with an amazing couple celebrating such beautiful love with their family and friends.
